Where to stay

Due to the FIFA World Cup 2026 games hosted in Boston this summer, hotel prices have skyrocketed, which may affect attendees coming from outside the Greater Boston area. To help address this, we have worked with Boston University to secure a room block at a discounted rate for their on-campus housing.

BU housing is at 10 Buick Street, Boston, MA 02215, and is a 10-minute walk from the conference venue. Rooms are available from June 21-24 for a nightly rate of $99.50. Payment in full is required to make a reservation. Each person will have their own private bedroom within a shared dorm-style apartment. These are 360-degree photos of the bedroom and common space. You can request a specific person/people by name as suitemate(s), and BU will do their best to honor the request, but cannot guarantee it.
