We are excited to offer registration scholarships to trainees belonging to underrepresented minority groups and undergraduate researchers. Please see below for more information and links to apply for each scholarship. The deadline for consideration for both applications was March 1.

Scholarships for Underrepresented Minorities
To help early-career bacteriologists from underrepresented minority backgrounds attend BBM, we are granting a limited number of registration scholarships. This scholarship is open to graduate students, postdocs, and pre-doctoral technicians and scientists who identify as an underrepresented minority in science related to their race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious group, socioeconomic status, or disability. Special consideration will be given to applicants whose attendance is contingent on receiving the scholarship and those coming from outside the Boston area to offset extra costs associated with travel and lodging.
